The weapons shop was hit really badly by the hurricane, so we're going to be closed until we get it rebuilt. Right now we're not sure how long that'll take, but it won't until the houses are fixed at least. Sorry about the nuisance.
However, the forge on Stuff Inc. is fine! So we'll still be able to do repairs. But unless you really need it, wait until things settle down. Rebuilding is more important.
We did find a sign in the mess. Goodness knows where it came from, but it's in one piece and it's pretty spiffy. It says "The Weapons Tree," and I suppose that's a good name for a weapons shop.

Yep! Although I did have a friend ask me to make a buckle for him, it is basically all weapons. Mostly swords and spears, but there's a lot of unconventional things in the Scavenger's Yard sometimes.
[Krile carefully pushes the door open--it needs some repair and there's a hole in it--and walks in. The brick forge isn't lit, but the tools, bellows, and coal are still there.]
It needs a little fixing, but it came out okay in the storm.

It's wonderful.

You sure do look happy here.
[She pauses, tugging at the end of her ponytail a little.]
If you'd like--I couldn't hire you right away because the shop is still knocked over, but when it's fixed you could work for us. I've learned to repair things all right, but I'm not a proper blacksmith myself.

I'd love to! [ She can't imagine doing something else, in fact. It's as simple as adding two and two to her: she's found a place she belongs. No more consideration is necessary. ]
And if you wanted, I could probably teach you. Though it looks like you've gotten a good start, already.

Wonderful! Oh--you're still in Temporary Housing, right? Or you would be, if the hurricane hadn't come through... I'll make sure Housing knows you can live in a Section 1 house from now on, though.
And I would love to learn how to be a better smith, if you really wouldn't mind.

I would love to teach you. I don't know if I've ever had an apprentice before, but I'll try to be a good teacher.
